What does each phase of the YPSI Online Coaching include
– Customized Training Program tailored to your Goals, Status and equipment available
– Customized Nutrition Program tailored to your Goals and Body – Many principles and a few rules….
– Customized Supplement Program tailored to your Goals, Status and available supplements in your country (If you live in the EU we can ship all supplements incl. supplements from our Signature YPSI line. If you live outside the EU I ll sent you contacts and links of all the supplements so you can easily oder them online)
– Tips and Tricks like the Salt-Lime-Water that will get you ahead
– Unlimited email support regarding the execution of the programs (allow up to 72 hours for a response depending on work and travel schedule)
What we expect from YPSI Online Clients
– The most important point – Exercise Execution is crucial. Pay attention to detail. Detail matters. You will need to consistently sent in clips of performing the exercise via email and you will get feedback on how to perfect your technique
– You will train 4-8 times per week. 40-60min per workout. Usually 3-4 workouts per week will be strengthtraining, sometimes that will go up 10 strength training sessions per week, depending on your schedule and goals, for maximal results. 1-2 workouts per week can be Sprints and/or Strongman Training. Depending on your Goals, status and available equipment/facility.
– Follow the Training, Nutrition and Supplement Program exactly as ist lined out. Everything is in there for a reasons. Do it. Programs only work if you follow them. And the YPSI Coaching works extremly well as the results of our YPSI Clients constantly prove….
