YPSI Advanced Pre- & Rehab Seminar

Staying injury-free is one of the most fundamental necessities of everyone that trains. And therefore a highly important element for optimal and maximal progress in and out of the Gym.

Prehab or Prehabilition is the Prevention of Injury through Training and Mobility work. Optimizing Muscular Balance through optimal exercise selection and program design is essential to keep clients and athletes healthy and in training. 

Rehab or Rehabilitation is returning to full training after an injurythrough Training and Mobility work. Optimizing Muscular Balance through optimal exercise selection and program design is essential to get clients and athletes return to training as fast as possible.

This 2 day workshop details an approach to use strengthtraining and mobility work to prevent injury risk and in case it’s gone wrong, to come back as fast as possible.  Which is one of the most important aspects in the longterm for every Personaltraining Client and everyone that trains. And also a key aspect in the work with athletes after injuries, which is one of the main scenario where athletes seek out to work with a Personal Trainer ans Strength & Conditioning Coach.

A happy Client is a healthy client.

A successful Client is a client that consistently and continuously trains.

And this is were Pre- & Rehab is key to success.

Contents of the seminar:

– Exercise Selection & Execution for Advanced Pre- & Rehab
– Exercise Progressions & Regressions for Advanced Pre- & Rehab
– Program Design for Advanced Pre- & Rehab (incl. over 30 example programs)
– Advanced Pre- & Rehab through Mobility Work

This day will be 50% theory and 50% practice. There will be one workout on each day to put the exercises and programs into practice and enhance the learning experience

The content of this seminar shows an advanced approach and builds onto the content of the YPSI Module 5 Seminar.
