The YPSI MyoRelease for Personaltrainers is our newest addition to the YPSI Seminars. The Seminar focuses on teaching how to assess Mobility and Flexibility in a Personaltraining Setting using specific Tests and Assessments and how to optimize those using Mobilizations, Stretches and other Tricks for greater and more sustainable Results with your Clients.

The YPSI MyoRelease for Personaltrainers will be co-taught by Dr. Peter Lundgren who is known for producing the fastest gains in mobility and has worked with Olympic Champions, World Champions, UFC Fighters, all major Pro Sports and some of the fastest Sprinters on the planet.

What you will learn

– Why mobility exercises are a waste of time in most cases. And what to do instead…
– The Concept of Mobility-Stability Interaction. And how to apply it in Therapy and Training…
– The need for optimal Mobility to ensure maximal Progress in Size & Strength
– Functional Anatomy thats relevant for the Personal Trainer and Strength Coach
– The most important Assessments of Range of Motions.
– Different demands of Mobility of Personaltraining Clients VS Athletes.
– Examples of how to use the formula of passive mobility-active mobility and activation/training in the new ROM for sustainable Progress
– Different ways to add mobility work into programming.
– Correction of decreased range of motion of common joint restrictions with different modalities 
– Mobility homework for Clients and Athletes.
– How to use Mobility Techniques to facilitate Hypertrophy

This seminar is 10% theory and 90% practical.
